Shipping Methods

Andrea Li Designs has partnered with FedEx.  Our shipping policy is simple.  We will send your items via Insured FedEx ground shipping at a price of $9.99 per item.  Simple, guaranteed, fast.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We offer a flexible return policy for products purchased on our website.  If an item arrives damaged due to shipping and handling, we will happily refund the full price of that item.  Additionally, if you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased, we will be happy to accept an exchange of that item within 7 days of purchase, the original retail price to be applied to store credit.  This credit will be valued at sale price, and applied toward any item’s retail price at the time of the original sale.   Due to the handmade nature of Andrea’s artwork, after 7 days we will be unable to accept returns and exchanges.

Repairs 

Andrea Li stands behind her work.  If, over the course of your ownership of an Andrea Li piece, it should become damaged, we offer a repair service.  Repair fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.  For repairs please email repairs@andreali.com.
