Pieces in the middle tier are most of the studio's quiet bestsellers. Statement scale, gemstone-forward, and almost always one of one. This is the range where collectors come back.
Heirloom territory.
Pieces above fifteen hundred dollars are typically the statement work, the cuffs and large gemstone necklaces. Each one takes days to weeks of bench time. None of them will ever be made again.
Why one-of-a-kind makes the gift.
A mass-produced necklace says I bought you something nice. A one-of-a-kind piece says this object will never be made again, and it was made for you. Most jewelry gifts live somewhere in the middle. The pieces in this collection live at the second pole on purpose.

Shipping
- Every piece ships FedEx 2-Day with signature required and full insurance. Your gift is not tossed on a porch in November. It travels protected, the way the piece itself deserves.
- Same-day processing on orders placed Monday through Wednesday. Gives you a predictable ship window when counting backward from the gala or the birthday.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination.
Returns
- Ready-to-ship pieces have a 14-day return window for a full refund. The safety net under the "but what if she hates it" anxiety. Email andrea@andreali.com within 14 days of delivery to start a return. The piece needs to come back unworn and in original packaging.
- Custom and bespoke pieces from the custom shop are final sale, because they are made specifically for the recipient. The same standard most fine jewelry studios hold for commissioned work.

When is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
The last guaranteed Christmas delivery date is updated each holiday season in the chartreuse banner above. As a rule, ready-to-ship pieces ordered by the posted cutoff with FedEx 2-Day arrive before December 25. Commissions and bespoke work need more lead time, typically four to six weeks for new design and two to three weeks for variations on existing pieces.
What if she doesn't love it?
Ready-to-ship pieces have a 14-day return window for a full refund. Email andrea@andreali.com within 14 days of delivery to start the return. The piece needs to come back unworn and in original packaging. Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale because they are made specifically for the recipient. If you are worried about fit or sizing on a custom piece, a one-on-one consultation can almost always de-risk it before production starts.
Will it arrive safely? Do I need to be home for delivery?
Every piece ships FedEx 2-Day with signature required and full insurance, so yes, a signature is required at the door. If you are gifting at a location where you will not be home (or you do not want the recipient signing for her own surprise), most FedEx accounts let you reroute the package to a FedEx pickup location or to a neighbor or office. You can also message Andrea after placing the order if you need a specific delivery arrangement.

Is gift packaging included?
Every piece ships in the Andrea Li Designs signature box and ribbon, no upcharge. If you would like a handwritten note inside the box, include the message text in the order notes at checkout. Anniversary, birthday, milestone, or "just because" are all reasonable. The handwritten note adds no time to the ship window.
