Shipping
Every piece ships from my Denver studio with the same care I put into making it.
Processing: Orders are processed and shipped the same business day when placed before 4pm MT, Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday ship the following Monday. I intentionally avoid Thursday and Friday shipments so your piece never sits in a shipping facility over the weekend, which can create opportunities for theft.
Carrier & Speed: All packages ship FedEx 2-Day. Every shipment requires a signature upon delivery, no exceptions. This protects both of us on high-value pieces.
International Shipping: Available on a case-by-case basis for high-value pieces. International shipments are fully insured with door-to-door delivery and customs handling. Email me with your shipping destination, and I'll provide a quote and timeline.
Insurance
Insurance: Every package is fully insured for the retail value of the piece.
Shipping Cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the value of your piece. The cost covers FedEx 2-Day service, full insurance, signature confirmation, and professional packaging. I don't offer free shipping ā instead, I invest in making sure your piece arrives safely and on time.
Can't be home to sign? For select shipments, I can arrange delivery to the FedEx facility nearest you for in-person pickup. Just email me after placing your order, and I'll set it up.
Returns
Ready-to-Ship Pieces (All Collections)
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Piece must be unworn and in the same condition it arrived
- Original packaging must be included
- Email me to initiate the return before shipping anything back ā I'll confirm the return address and any instructions
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once I receive and inspect the piece. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Repairs & Alterations
I 100% stand behind my work. If anything needs repair, notwithstanding obvious abuse to a piece, simply ship it back, and I'll take care of it. If you need an alteration (extend, shorten, resize, or otherwise customize), I'm happy to make it work for you. Just reach out and let me know how I can make your piece perfect.
Custom and Bespoke Orders
All custom and bespoke pieces are final sale. Because these are made specifically for you, I'm unable to accept returns. I'll confirm every detail, materials, dimensions, and design before I begin work, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Exchanges
If something isn't right with your piece, email me. I want to make it right. Exchanges are handled case-by-case, and I'm always happy to talk through options.
What's Inside Your Package
Every Andrea Li Designs piece ships in branded packaging with a care card, a Sunshine-branded polishing cloth, and a certificate of authenticity for your one-of-a-kind wearable art jewelry pieces. This is part of the experience, and part of why shipping reflects the true cost of getting your piece to you safely.
